A QUICK AND SIMPLE FLOWER PUNCHED CARD

HEY BLOGGIES,

We had an horrendous storm on Monday evening and many, many people and areas flooded.  We did NOT flood but we had almost 12 inches in our area.  Many places down in Houston proper are flooded and the Governor declared parts to be disaster areas.

Our home was built high and dry and we are taking care of the ponding in our pasture for our horses to be able to get up out of it.  So we are all fine.

Thanks to all who have voiced concerns for us and our horses.  And Praise God for blessing us to keep dry and safe.

I used the pansy punch and punched out on whisper white several flowers AFTER I used a textured impressions embossing folder with stripes. Then I put different color card stock behind each one and added two punched out centers to create the flower.  Tangerine Tango ruffled ribbon and marker in the stripes of the EF, along with card stock layer behind it all finished off the card.

Hope you enjoyed this quick and easy card.  Thanks for stopping in.
