WELCOME TO OUR FIRST EVER GLITTER QUEEN'S BLOG HOP - DAY ONE

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH:  Welcome to our first ever GLITTER QUEEN'S BLOG HOP.  We are some of Dawn Griffith's team of demonstrators and we LOVE STAMPIN UP. (I am posting a few hrs early because of scheduling conflicts, but all demos in the hop will have their items posted on Monday)

We hope you enjoy our fun blog hop.  It will be up this whole week - Sept 5th until Sept 9th.  Please come back to visit my blog EVERY DAY - I WILL HAVE NEW PROJECTS POSTED FOR YOU EVERY DAY OF THIS HOP FEATURING THE PETITE PENNANTS STAMP SET AND PENNANTS PUNCH..

ALSO, I have blog candy available for you.  What is blog candy?  It is non-sugar, no calories FUN STUFF THAT IS FREE FOR YOU, OUR VIEWERS.  All you have to do is become a follower of my blog and leave me a comment at the end of this post.  When the hop is finished, I will randomly choose the winners and contact you to tell you what fun prizes you have won.  PLEASE VISIT AND LEAVE COMMENTS EVERY DAY SO THAT YOU HAVE MORE CHANCES TO WIN.  I EVEN HAVE A GRAND PRIZE FOR THOSE WHO VISIT EVERY DAY AND LEAVE A COMMENT EVERY DAY.  How fun is FREE??!!  we love free, don't we??!!

On to the hop:  My first entry is my BONJOUR card.  I felt like I should say HELLO and WELCOME  to my blog.  What a fun way to say hello with BONJOUR.  I ordered the Hello Friend stamp set in French so that I could have it say BONJOUR on my cards.  Many of our stamps come in both French and Spanish, as well as in English.  Isn't that great!!

P
I used the wonderful new in-color pool party card stock,  the new Spice Cake designer series paper in our HOLIDAY MINI CATALOG for the banners, and crumb cake and soft suede card stock (from the Idea Book & Catalog or IBC) as well.  I used my sewing machine to sew the Petite Pennants to the 1/8" very vanilla ribbon (IBC) and two mini gold brads (IBC) to attach the banner.  (The pennants are punched out with the Pennant Builder Punch (IBC). The other brown stitching is actually done with my mat pack (IBC) and then a soft suede marker to make it look like the thread.

See how well the designer paper and the card stock go together?  Don't you LOVE how all Stampin' Up! items coordinate so well?  I SURE DO.

Don't forget to leave a comment at the end of this post to get in the drawing for FREE BLOG CANDY.

You probably arrived here from Cely Havens' blog.  Your next stop is Stephanie Lorenz .

Here is the list of hoppers.
Dawn Griffith (our manager)

Before you leave, DON'T FORGET TO BECOME A FOLLOWER AND LEAVE A COMMENT EVERY DAY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN FUN STAMPIN UP PRIZES, AKA BLOG CANDY!!

Inky Fingers Y'all!!  Enjoy the hop.  SEE YOU TOMORROW
