PERPETUAL BIRTHDAY CALENDAR - MORE MONTHS TO SHARE

HEY BLOGGIES,

Here is the next part of my PERPETUAL BIRTHDAY CALENDAR KIT CLASS.  You can see the first post HERE.

Here are four more months for you to see:

June:  I used the stamps in the Perpetual Birthday Stamp set.  I then punched our some smaller flowers and layered them on the page.  I sponged daffodil delight around the stamped images.

July is a very green month here in Texas.  I used several shades of green to create this month.  I used the negative from the feathers in the kit and sponged around them for the bottom.  On the top I die cut some leaf shapes and applied them.

August:  Yellow smooch stamp from set behind the images; splatter stamp from set with  1st, 2nd and 3rd generation stamping.  A piece of DSP behind the letter "A".

September:  This was a boo boo page.  I thought I was doing October, but realized I had picked up a page with only 30 days.  So I converted it to September.  But, hey, September is the month I start thinking about what to do for Halloween, so the black and white works, doesn't it?  I created some flowers with DSP and punches.  I used Washi Tape behind the letter "S".  Added some sequins.

Hope you are enjoying some of these ideas to get your creativity flowing about what YOU want to do with YOUR kit.  Click HERE to order your kit NOW and get started on your perpetual calendar!!  HERE for the stamp set that goes with the kit.

Come back again for the last three months, won't you?

PERPETUAL BIRTHDAY CALENDAR PROJECT KIT

HEY BLOGGIES,

Yesterday I had a PERPETUAL CALENDAR KIT CLASS with my PEEPS.  We had a lot of fun, but we missed YOU!!  Hope you can make it next time.

The first photo below is a January made by Leslie.  She used a retired set of mine for the snowman. She did such a wonderful job on this cute cute cute calendar page, didn't she?

Emilee, almost 12, is our creative diva and she came up with her own ideas and colors on her pages.  Here is February in reds and pinks.

Here are a few pages I made to give them some ideas and get their creative juices flowing:

FUN TIME AT THE NEW CATTY OPEN HOUSE

We had a fun time stamping and also drooling over the things we want from the NEW CATALOG that goes live this week on July 1st!!  We laughed so much--especially at Dee who kept dropping the caps to the markers!  Her long nails made it hard for her to put the caps back on and they would pop out of her hands and fly across the room.

WE MISSED YOU!! What happened that you couldn't make it??  Well, I hope you can make it to my next class - a FLIP-FLOP album class.  What is that?  It is a 6 x 6 album you create out of cardstock and the sides flip open and then flop over to show several pages.  It is then decorated with the DSP pack of your choice and stamped and embellished on the cover - all in one class!!  Then you can take your time to lovingly enter your photos into your album and add embellishments of your choice and journal those special memories.  What a wonderful gift this would make for anyone in your life.  I have made mine a grandchild album and am almost finished with all my photos and journaling, embellishments, etc.

The deadline to sign up for this class is July 3rd.  Then  I will order your paper and ribbon for the closing and will get the card stock all cut and scored and ready for you at the class on July 12th.  What could be better than THAT!!  Well, I will tell you what - this class is FREEEEE.  Yep, it is.  All you need to do is order the DSP and ribbon from me and pay for that and I will do all the rest.  Then you arrive fresh and ready to get down to the fun of creating this cute album.  In case you forgot what it looks like I am including some photos below of it.

Tell next time, inky fingers y'all.

Our Card Making Class was a huge success

We had the best time at the card making class. We learned several new watercoloring techniques as well as other techniques. We had a "newbie" at the class, Tracy R. Her first time doing Stampin Up cards. She learned fast and we all had fun.
