PERPETUAL BIRTHDAY CALENDAR - MORE MONTHS TO SHARE

Here is the next part of my PERPETUAL BIRTHDAY CALENDAR KIT CLASS.  You can see the first post HERE.

Here are four more months for you to see:

 June:  I used the stamps in the Perpetual Birthday Stamp set.  I then punched our some smaller flowers and layered them on the page.  I sponged daffodil delight around the stamped images.

 July is a very green month here in Texas.  I used several shades of green to create this month.  I used the negative from the feathers in the kit and sponged around them for the bottom.  On the top I die cut some leaf shapes and applied them.

 August:  Yellow smooch stamp from set behind the images; splatter stamp from set with  1st, 2nd and 3rd generation stamping.  A piece of DSP behind the letter "A".

September:  This was a boo boo page.  I thought I was doing October, but realized I had picked up a page with only 30 days.  So I converted it to September.  But, hey, September is the month I start thinking about what to do for Halloween, so the black and white works, doesn't it?  I created some flowers with DSP and punches.  I used Washi Tape behind the letter "S".  Added some sequins.

A FUN CRAFT FOR SOME LAST MINUTE GIFTING

I have a NON STAMPING gift idea for you today.  However, add a stamped tag or card and there you go, right??!!

A very good friend of mine, Janet, gave this to me yesterday and I immediately had to share the idea with YOU.

This is a canning jar with a small string of lights inside and potpourri inside as well.  The top has been left off and a doily was tied around the top with a cute ribbon.

Plug in the lights and the heat from the lights helps the potpourri waft through the doily into your house.  It smells so wonderful!!

Isn't this the cutest idea E V E R??         LOVE    LOVE  LOVE IT.

Any potpourri and any small string of lights.

CANDY BAR SNOWMAN GIFT

OMG, THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE CUTEST SNOWMAN/SNOWGIRL EVER!!  MY FRIEND AND FELLOW STAMPER, JACKIE, MADE THIS LITTLE CUTIE GIFT AND GAVE IT TO ME!!!  LOVE IT!!

HERE IS HOW SHE MADE IT:

1.  WHISPER WHITE CARD STOCK TO WRAP UP THE CANDY BAR.
2.  DRAW ON THE FACE WITH THE FINE TIP OF THE BLACK MARKER.  USE SOME LIGHT PINK CHALK FOR THE CHEEKS.
3.  USE A BROWN CHENILLE STEM (PIPE CLEANER) FOR THE HEADBAND OF THE EAR MUFFS. GLUE DOWN WITH TOMBOW.
4.  USE TWO SMALL POMPOMS FOR THE EAR PIECES AND ATTACH WITH EITHER TOMBOW GLUE OR GLUE DOTS.
5.  ADD RIBBON AND TIE IN A KNOT FOR THE SCARF.
6.  USE EITHER BUTTONS OR POMPOMS FOR HIS/HER BUTTONS DOWN HIS BODY.  USE GLUE DOTS OR TOMBOW GLUE TO GLUE IN PLACE.

SCORED AND FOLDED CHRISTMAS TREES WITH HERSHEY KISSES CANDY

THESE LITTLE CHRISTMAS TREES MADE WITH HERSHEY KISS CHOCOLATES ARE SO STINKIN' CUTE!!  I GOT THE DIRECTIONS FROM QBEE'S BLOG.  PLEASE TELL HER I SENT YOU OVER THERE, WON'T YOU?  THANKS BRENDA FOR SHARING YOUR IDEAS WITH ALL OF US IN BLOGGIE-LAND!!  YOU ARE AWESOME.

THESE ARE VERY EASY TO GET AN ASSEMBLY LINE GOING AND MAKE A BUNCH.  WITH SOME OF US EATING SOME OF THE KISSES (WON'T MENTION WHO), I GOT 7 TREES OUT OF ONE REGULAR SIZED BAG OF CANDY.  WITH LOTS MORE NUGGETS LEFT FOR MORE TREE TRUNKS.

 DID YOU NOTICE THAT THE TREE TRUNKS HAVE HERSHEY'S NUGGETS CANDIES IN THEM?  OMG, I L.O.V.E. THESE CANDIES.  YUMMMMM

 THE TREE IS MADE FROM GARDEN GREEN CARD STOCK CUT AT 2" WIDE AND FOLDED IN HALF LONG-WISE TO MAKE IT 1" WIDE.  THE INSIDE "Z" FOLDS ARE MADE WITH SINGLE THICKNESS OF CARDSTOCK.

THE TRUNKS ARE AGAIN DOUBLE THICKNESS GLUED TOGETHER OF CHOCOLATE CHIP CARD STOCK.  A NEAT RIBBON AROUND THE TREE PART ONLY BEFORE YOU GLUE ON THE TRUNK ADDS THE FINISHING TOUCH.

I PACKAGED THEM SEPARATELY INTO ONE OF SU'S CLEAR ENVELOPES AND ADDED A DIE CUT SNOWFLAKE FROM BRUSHED GOLD CARD STOCK WITH A RHINESTONE IN THE CENTER.  I THINK THAT MADE IT LIKE THE STAR OF BETHLEHEM ON TOP.

SHE MADE THE MOST AMAZING LITTLE MINI QUILT TO GO WITH IT AND IT MATCHES PERFECTLY.

 LOOK AT HOW P. MADE THE QUILT DESIGN TO MATCH THE PATTERN ON THE SUGAR BOWL!!  I AM  BLOWN AWAY BY HER TALENT.

I WAS AMAZED HOW MUCH THIS MINI MATCHES THE PATTERN ON THE BOWL.  THE LITTLE HOUSE AND THE WINDOWS ARE JUST PERFECT, DON'T YOU THINK??

THIS IS THE CUTE BACKSIDE OF THE QUILT.  STILL MATCHING THE COLORS PERFECTLY.

THIS WONDERFUL GIFT FROM P. IS TAKING A PROMINENT PLACE ON MY TABLE.  IT WAS MADE TO BE THERE FOR ALL TO SEE.

TERRI WALKER, OUT IN "BLOGGIE LAND", POSTED THE IDEA OF PUTTING A NAIL FILE INTO OUR VERY TALL AND THIN CELLO BAGS.  I DECIDED TO USE THIS FOR MY AUGUST THANK YOU GIFTS AND HAD SO MUCH FUN MAKING THESE.

I COULD NOT FIND MY CAMERA AND WANTED TO GET A PHOTO QUICKLY SO I USED MY PHONE.  SORRY IT IS SUCH A BAD PHOTO.  I USED THE PACKING PAPER FROM PACKAGES IN THE MAIL AND CUT OUT THE FLOWER WITH MY BIG SHOT TO CREATE THE PRETTY FLOWER DECORATION AT THE TOP OF THIS LITTLE GOODIE BAG.  LOOK HOW NICELY THE NAIL FILE FITS INTO THE CELLO BAGGIE.  IT IS A SELF SEALING BAGGIE AT THE TOP. " EASY PEASY".

 I USED MY LITTLE LABELS FRAMELITS AND STAMP SET TO MAKE THE THANK YOU LABEL BANNER ON TOP OF THE FLOWER.  I USED A CORDUROY BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE.

A BEAUTIFUL CLOSEUP OF THE FLOWER.  YOU CAN SEE THE THANK YOU BANNER VERY WELL AND SEE THAT I ALSO SPONGED SOME INK ON THE FLOWER EDGES AND ON THE BUTTON.
